AboutCheryl is a Personal Trainer, coming to the Fitness Industry after many years in Retail, working as a manager and Personal Shopper-great fun to dress the "outside", however decided the time had come to work on the "inside". I retrained 10 years ago.
Busy lives mean many people are not as active as they would like to be, causing muscles to tighten and joints to stiffen. Nordic Walking makes walking feel easier.
I bought a magazine earlier in the year, there was an article on Nordic Walking, thought WOW! I like the look of this, booked onto the next available course, passed and now out there burning calories, toning up and best of all having fun outdoors, sharing with others this wonderful way to get fit/stay fit.
I teach many different classes from Boxercise to chair-based exercise, however Nordic Walking is fantastic as it can easily be adapted to suit most people at a level that is comfortable to that individual
I have FREE taster sessions, plus evening and daytime lessons, also planned walks 3x a week, from Wellness Walks to Adventure Walks
