I absolutely LOVE Nordic Walking and am positive you will too! Wherever I go I encourage people to take it up as it's so versatile and anyone can do it. I have been a Nordic Walking UK Instructor for over a year now, and have trained a wide range of people from 16yrs to 78 yrs old - all with different motivations and training needs. I have several great Nordic Walking groups of varying abilities so there will be a group suitable for you to join. Give it a go and you will not look back, I can guarantee it!
