Here at Body Reflexions we offer 3 types of group walks:

WORKOUT WALKS

Generally just over 1 hour long and designed to help you keep improving and get noticeable results.

ADVENTURE WALKS

More about the location, slightly longer in length and all about the social aspect (often there will be a stop for a cuppa or maybe something stronger!)

WELLNESS WALKS

Ideal for those with concerns about either distance or pace, these gentle walks will be just what you need to build up your confidence and improve your health!





FITNESS and WELLNESS walking classes are currently being held using the network of railway paths meeting at Broom Park in Durham and the disused railway path at Pittington and the South Tyneside sessions is the carpark adjacent to Mangoes at the Waters Edge in South Shields, and then walking along the coast and onto the Leas, or if the tide is out work harder by Nordic Walking along the sand.

ADVENTURE WALKS are held throughout the whole area.

FREE TASTER SESSIONS regularly held. Contact for the next available session.

After your FREE taster session book onto the NWUK 'Learn to Nordic Walk" 4 session programme. After completion you can then join in any regular walks.

Regular Learn to Nordic Walk sessions held, contact for next available one.

Taster Session - FREE

'Learn to Nordic Walk' 4 session technique course - forty pounds.

Hourly classes thereafter six pounds on a 'pay as you go' basis or why not buy a 10 session booking card for fifty pounds?
These prices include use of the Nordic Walking Poles, if you have your own poles or you are an existing Body Reflexions Pilates/Yoga client discounts will apply.




Cancellation within 24 hrs no charge, cancellation on day ½ payment.
