Ian Spare / Mountain Leader & Nordic Walking Instructor

About

Ian holds the UK Mountain Leader award and is an International Mountain Leader (IML) Aspirant based in the Swiss Alps. As an IML aspirant he leads groups trekking and snow shoeing in mountain areas of Europe and further afield.

He is a member of the professional bodies for IML's in the UK (BAIML) and Switzerland (ASAM) and holds current First Aid (Rescue and Emergency Care) certification.

As well as holding Nordic Walking UK instructor qualification Ian is also qualified under the Swiss Nordic Fitness Organization system to teach Nordic Walking using the ALFA method in Switzerland.
