With Nordic Walking I have found that everyone that i have had the pleasure to train, will provide a different thought, or have a different experience from their 'personal' Nordic Walking experience; but what I can say is that in many different ways I am delighted to say it has benefited so many people from so many walks of life and so many different fitness levels; and that is what I love about Nordic Walking so much is hearing from class members and clients alike, as to what a positive influence that Nordic Walking has had upon their life. I feel through Noridc Walking we really are providing an exercise platform that is suitable and available to ANYBODY, and it is nice to see the results that people are experiencing, 'toned up', 'lost weight', 'feel fitter', 'feel happier' and many more. I have personally benefited from Nordic Walking after having surgery on my leg earlier this year I was able to use Nordic Walking as part of my rehab, and to assist my return to full fitness, and I believe without it my return to fitness would have been much longer. I thoroughly enjoy Nordic Walking as part of my own training program and I believe that this is important as i can pass on my own personal experiences when teaching clients and classes!
