Sessions
Taster sessions are held every Saturday in Barrier Point Park, sessions take place from Battersea Park to the Docklands, if you have a group we will travel to you and if needed set up a permanent Nordic Walking Group. Known as MTNORDIC on Facebook and Twitter our weekly programme is published on Facebook in events.
You can work with groups at your own pace, your fitness will improve by walking, faster, further and using hills and the correct technique you cannot fail, we call Nordic Walking Poles the Ultimate ‘x’ trainer and we will ensure you become expert in the use of them by continually advancing your skills
