We are launching our community Nordic Walking programme in September 2011. We deliver 'Learn to Nordic Walk' classes and are currently developing our community programme. I run a regular Wellness Walk on Wednesdays, 10-11am, at Daventry Leisure Centre.

Our 'Learn to Nordic Walk' classes are delivered by Will Heckford. Our next taster session will take place on Sunday 19th February 2012, at Daventry Leisure Centre, from 9.30- 10.15am. For anymore information on up and coming courses please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
